Heading North on I-405:
Take exit 12 down to SE 8th St, and turn left under the freeway. Travel three blocks, then turn left into the Bellefield Office Complex at 114th Ave SE. Proceed through the office complex to a three-way stop and turn left. At the end of the bridge turn right. The Arbor building is the second building on the right. At the top of the stairs turn right. Suite 221 is at the end of the hall on the left. Catherine Thorpe's name is on the door (my name is not on the door).
